Accommodation
Chalet Savoie Faire is set in the picturesque mountain village of Fontaines Naves and sits at an altitude of 1300. Imagine stunning mountain views, fresh alpine air and all of this with the hospitality of chalet owner Nikki. The property itself has been designed with you in mind with Nikki’s artistic touches and boasts gorgeous communal areas, dining rooms and luxury cosy bedrooms. The roaring fires will be perfect after a day out on the mountain. It is approx 2.5 hours from Geneva Airport by train to Moutiers where we will pick you up.
Itinerary
Thursday - 4pm - transfer from Moutiers Train station 6.30pm - pre dinner drinks & snacks. 2 course dinner with wine
Friday - breakfast 7.45am 9am - 4pm meet your Snow Shoeing guide for a full day adventure exploring the mountains. 1pm - lunch at a mountain refuge 7pm - pre dinner drinks & snacks. 2 course dinner with wine
Saturday - breakfast 7.45am 9am - collect XC Ski kit and head out with your instructor to learn new skills and explore the network of tracks. 1.30pm - lunch 3pm - we will head down the mountain for a 2 hour thermal spa session to ease the aches of the past 2 days 7pm - pre dinner drinks & snacks, followed by a final Savoyard Feast with fondue, raclette and local dishes
Sunday - breakfast 8.30am 10am - depart for Moutiers Train Station (arrive at approx 10.30am)
Itineraries & timings are subject to change depending on weather conditions. The Alps are beautiful but the weather can be changeable

Getting There
The trip will include a return transfer to and from Moutiers Salins Train Station direct to Chalet Savoire Faire. Regular flights are available from most UK airports in to Geneva or Lyon and from these you can take the train to Moutiers. The transfer will leave the station at 4pm on the arrival day. You will be back at Moutiers Train Station by 10.30am on the departure day. Trains to and from the airport usually take approx 2.5hr with 1 change, and are around 30 euros each way.
Prices & Dates
£850pp. A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
Rooms are 1 x triple, 1 x single & 3 x twins, some with ensuite bathrooms.
Please note: this weekend is suitable for beginners with no skiing experience, however a good level of fitness is recommended.
